We grow about 1.000 olive plants in the countryside of Guardiagrele, between the sea and the Majella mountain in Abruzzo, utilising the natural ecosystem and organic farming method, without the use of chemical fertilizers and respecting the seasonal growth and maturation of olives.

The entire foothill environment is characterised by a microclimate that is perfect to protect our precious olive trees from the attacks of the olive fly and it’s ideal for the growth and evolution of the fruit.
