How do I register?
You can register during the purchase process by selecting the “Create an account?” checkbox in the “Checkout Details” section. You can also register by clicking on LOGIN at the top right of any page and simply providing your email address.

How do I find the items I’m interested in on the site?
You can access our products directly by clicking the link below our logo: “SHOP”.

What if an item is no longer available?
If a specific item is out of stock, we will try to restock it as soon as possible. If that’s not possible, it will no longer be displayed on the website.

Can I have packages delivered to another address?
You can choose the delivery address: your home, your workplace, or a third party. Just specify the desired delivery address when placing the order.

How do I use a promotional code?
If you have a promotional code, enter it in the “Promotional Code” field during checkout under the “payment method” section, then click “APPLY COUPON”.

Can I cancel or modify an order?
Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be canceled or modified on the site.

What if I have questions that are not in the FAQ section?
Contact us using the contact form on the “Contact” page.

How can I change payment methods and shipping address?
You can select the payment method when placing the order. To change the shipping address, access your personal area and go to “ADDRESSES”.

Can I get an invoice for my order?
We include the receipt in the package unless it’s indicated as a gift; in that case, it will be sent via email.

What are the shipping times?
Frantoio Verna strives to ship as quickly as possible; delivery times are 24/48 hours for Italy and 72 hours for the islands (Sardinia, Sicily, and minor islands). 5-7 days for EU Countries.

Where can I find my order number?
You can find your order number in the email we sent confirming receipt of your order. You can also find it in your personal area under “ORDERS”.

Can I check the status of my order or shipment?
