Hand-picked with immediate delivery to the mill in perforated crates

Cold extracted with a cycle temperature below 27°, processed within 3/4 hours in a continuous cycle mill with hammer crushing and three-phase centrifugal extraction. Its main characteristic is the simultaneous milling of olives and basil leaves. They are first selected based on their ripeness and type and then processed with the new continuous cold system. During processing we do not use simple essences, but the raw material. This allows us to obtain a natural product with a unique and delicate flavor.
